NIGHT OF PRAYER

FIRST FRIDAY FASTING + PRAYER 2025

Join us on the 1st Friday of each month as we pray through  "The Names of God." Adapted from the book by Ann Spangler. This is a time to pray and fast however God is leading you- whether partial, full or a particular item.


May: Yahweh Yireh - The Lord Will Provide

Read Genesis 22:1-14 - When you pray to Yahweh Yireh, you are praying to the God who sees the situation beforehand and is able to provide for your needs.


Prayer: Read Genesis 22:9-12 - When God asked Abraham to sacrifice Isaac, He was asking for the most precious thing that Abraham had. Sometimes, we withhold the things closest to our hearts from God, because we don't trust his plan for them. Ask God to give you understanding.

MEN'S GATHERING

Every 1st and 3rd Saturday guys (16+) are invited for breakfast, a short devotion, prayer, and conversation. If you are seeking a way to grow your relationship with Jesus along side like minded men, this group is
for you!

MAUNDY THURSDAY SERVICE
THU, APR 17 | 7-8pm | CAFE
Come join us! Maundy Thursday is celebrated the Thursday before Easter in remembrance of the Last Supper, when Jesus introduced communion and washed the disciples' feet. We will worship and do communion together Thursday, April 17 @ 7pm. Childcare for infants-preschool provided.

EASTER SUNDAY
APRIL 20 | 9:30am & 11am

Easter Sunday begins with a tasty breakfast in the café before each service, beginning at 8:30am. Our services will feature engaging worship and a message of hope and renewal from Pastor Eric. We will not have children's programming but encourage families to celebrate together in worship of our resurrected savior. The nursery will be open for parents if their little's need some distraction - no attendants will be present. We hope to see you on Resurrection Sunday!


WORSHIP + PRAYER NIGHT

Prayer and worship night! ALL ARE WELCOME! Our Youth worship team will lead us in worship followed by a short encouragement, time to pray and be prayed for.


CHILD DEDICATION CLASS & CEREMONY
SAT, MAY 3 - 10am to 12pm | SUN, MAY 4 - 12pm to 1:30pm

Raising kids is hard! This class is for parents to find encouragement & connection to our church family. Then the ceremony will be a special chance for the church body to join with you in prayer over the life of your child. Contact Jessie McCoy to sign up or for questions

SENIOR SAINTS

Gather monthly at VCF with other "seniors" for food, fun, and fellowship. Bring your favorite game.  We meet the first Wednesday of each month.

THE HUDDLE - MAKING DISCIPLES
SUN, MAY 18 | 6:30-8pm | VCF Cafe
The Huddle is a gathering for those who desire to make disciples, inspired by Matthew 28:16-20. This event offers encouragement, practical tools and hands-on equipping to support your journey. You'll hear powerful stories from within our church about how God is moving through discipleship/coaching, with opportunities to ask questions and engage in meaningful discussions.

DivorceCare is a safe place where caring people come alongside you as you find healing from the pain of separation or divorce. At this 13-week, video-based support group program, you’ll find helpful counsel to manage the emotional turmoil and practical tools for decision-making.  Brochures available at the Welcome Station.
